Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server Expert to join our Information Technology team.
As a Server Expert, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our server infrastructure,
ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to
deploy, configure, and troubleshoot server-related technologies, including Ubuntu, AWS, Apache,
Node.js, Python, and deployment in PHP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background
and a deep understanding of server technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
Deploy and configure servers running on Cent OS, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Configure and optimize the Apache web server to ensure efficient handling of incoming HTTP requests and traffic.
Develop and deploy applications using Node.js and Python, leveraging their respective frameworks and libraries.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper integration and deployment of PHP and NodeJS applications.
Troubleshoot server-related issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Monitor system performance, conduct performance tuning, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to server management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a Server Expert or a similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of Ubuntu Server administration, including system configuration, package management, and security hardening.
Proficiency in configuring and optimizing the Apache web server for high performance and scalability.
Solid understanding of Node.js and Python, with experience in developing and deploying applications using their respective frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with PHP deployment and integration with server environments.
Experience with server monitoring and performance tuning tools.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
